Bought 15% DHI @ $91.60 Stop @ $87.39 Target @ $105.90 Homebuilders are popping through resistance after a few months of lower consolidation. If this period resembles the prior consolidation period, they could be about to have another significant leg higher. We’ll see. Right now the chart should find solid support underneath it from the rising 200-DMA.

Sold KHC position at $36.58 due to earnings tomorrow morning. The stock is sitting just above major support right now. A bad earnings report could cause a gap through support that could cause a significant move. Of course, they could beat on earnings, as well, but there is no way to know ahead of time. To manage risk we will exit here.

It appears we’re finally getting confirmation that the transports are going to do the catching up. If so, this should mean a higher high is in the cards, and the transports should outpace the industrials for a while.

Bought 15% NVDA @ $214.59 Stop @ $206.89 Target @ $238.90 We remain bullish the semiconductor sector, despite being forced to close our TSM trade yesterday because of this morning’s earnings report. NVDA is firing a fresh buy signal this morning as it closes above the rising 50-Day Moving Average. NVDA has been printing fairly consistent cycles, and if the trend continues this current rally should extend into higher highs.

The recent decline could have lasted a bit longer, but overall this chart presents a great setup with the moving averages screaming higher and a breakout above all-time-high resistance.
