Those should provide solid support in the event the market stalls out here. Tight stop on this trade, with about a 3:1 reward-to-risk.

Move stop on CERN up to $70.80 (break-even) It’s been holding up well, with a late Friday afternoon surge, but didn’t find any follow through this morning. With the markets teetering a bit here we’re just limiting risk as much as possible until the next trending move breaks out.

Bought 15% CERN @ $70.80 Stop @ $68.49 Target @ $79.90 Nice buy signal today as it pops above the 20-DMA. Golden Cross (50-DMA crossing the 200-DMA) on the way shortly which often leads to additional buying. Tight stop on this one. If it can’t follow through here above the moving averages we’ll be out quickly for a small loss. Great reward-to-risk from here.

Bought 15% CAT $130.76 Stop @ $123.59 Target @ $148.45 Nice buy signal today as it pops back through the 200-DMA with a sharply rising 20-DMA underneath (we’ll keep moving the stop up underneath the 20-DMA as we go). It’d be great to catch an infrastructure spending bill while in a trade like this.
